What We Do
VisionSpring trains local villagers to conduct outreach & vision screenings and sell high-quality, low-cost eyeglasses in their
communities. Our Vision Entrepreneurs sell affordable reading glasses, sunglasses & eye drops and refer customers needing prescription glasses to a VisionSpring optometrist or a partner eye health institution.

Innovation
VisionSpring provides each Vision Entrepreneur with a
Business in a Bag, a sales kit containing the products and materials needed to launch a successful business. After receiving training, Vision Entrepreneurs begin bringing first-line vision care to communities in need. VisionSpring continues to evolve by offering new, cost-effective services such as: prescription glasses in VisionSpring optical shops, sought-after, culturally appropriate frame styles, and a "Myopia Kit" which allows optometrists to treat patients in hard-to-reach communities.
